Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is applicable to all direct bookings made with Taz Kamar Hotel and is subject to change at the discretion of the management.

1. Individual and Walk-in Guests
Standard Cancellation
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original mode of payment.
Late Cancellation
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in date will incur a one-night retention fee.
  • The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded.
No-Show Policy
  • In case of a no-show without prior intimation, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
  • No refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable Bookings
  • Promotional, discounted, or peak-season bookings may be non-refundable.
Payment Terms
  • Advance Payment: 50% of the total booking amount is payable at confirmation.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be settled prior to check-out.
2. Travel Agents and Corporate Bookings
Standard Cancellation
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in will not attract any penalty.
  • Any advance payment received will be refunded in full.
Late Cancellation
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will be charged a one-night retention fee per room.
  • The balance amount will be refunded or adjusted as per the agreement.
No-Show Policy
  • In the event of a no-show, a one-night room charge per room will be levied.
Non-Refundable Bookings
  • Special promotional or peak-season bookings may be strictly non-refundable.
Payment Terms
  • Advance Payment: 50% of the total amount is required for booking confirmation.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared before check-out.
General Terms & Conditions
  • Refunds will be processed only after full payment has been successfully received by the hotel.
  • A valid booking confirmation or booking ID must be provided for cancellation or refund requests.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Front Office team.
Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Management Discretion

Taz Kamar Hotel reserves the right to amend or modify this policy for specific bookings or during peak seasons. Any such changes will be communicated in writing.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in operational, legal, or business requirements. The latest version will always be available on our website with the effective date.
